Today, more than ever, it is important to look after your physical and mental wellbeing. We aim to provide treatments to take the stress and tension away and induce deep relaxation. Complementary therapy treatments put your body into the parasympathetic nervous system.

This is a lovely relaxing experience for the expectant mother. It can help to relax and aid sleep (especially in the third trimester) it can ease any muscle tension that often occurs in pregnancy, helping with lower back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, easing out any knots in the shoulders. Massage helps to increase blood flow, nutrients and oxygen to all muscles and release toxins.

We only use natural, organic oils that are completely safe in pregnancy. Our aim is to make your treatment as comfortable as possible so we use a pregnancy pillow to take the pressure off your bump and all your joints.

If you are struggling to conceive and have been trying for a baby for a while , it maybe that reflexology could help you relax and reduce the stress and anxiety issues surrounding fertility and optimise your chances of a natural conception.
